Patty Healy
Patty Healy has been in non-profit leadership for her entire career—first at Jeremiah Program Visitation School and now at Raise The Barr.
In her most recent role as executive director at Jeremiah Program in Minneapolis, Patty oversaw programming, development/fundraising, early childhood, campus operations, and property management. As a growing organization, she worked with the national team to further the mission, serve more families, and grow the movement to disrupt generational poverty two generations at a time, both in Minneapolis and across the country.
As director of development at Jeremiah MSP for six years, Patty met and exceeded goals in the areas of individual giving, corporate and foundation giving, and event fundraising. She also increased the depth and breadth of JP's donor and volunteer base, increasing the impact and serving more families.
During 20 years at Visitation School, she served in several leadership roles in admissions, enrollment, marketing, public relations, and strategic planning. In addition, she held various leadership roles within the Archdiocese of Minneapolis and St. Paul, directed youth leadership programs at the national and local levels, presented at local and regional conferences, and provided education for other schools in the areas of relationship marketing, branding, strategic planning, enrollment management and communications.
Patty attended the University of St. Thomas and received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from UST. She has one son who is a freshman at San Diego State University. Patty and her son live in Minneapolis.
